Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vorster Consulting GmbH, Sebastianstraße 13, 7063 Oggau am Neusiedler See, Austria, e-mail: hallo@pickudu.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous declaration (e.g. an e-mail or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early start of performance and expiry

If you expressly requested during checkout that we begin performing the service before the withdrawal period expires, and you subsequently withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you owe us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal compared with the full scope of the contract (Section 16 Austrian FAGG).

The right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service, provided we only began performance after you expressly consented and simultaneously acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (Section 18(1)(1) Austrian FAGG).
